New this year: the Great Lantern Festival on 1st October 2011 from 6pm.
The great lantern festival was celebrated all over the world in the night from 1st to 2nd October. Saint Marcel de Félines was the starting point of this festival. Everyone came with a lantern and took part in the illumination of the canal and garden, a lantern procession, poetry in the open-air theatre, mulled wine for grown-ups and hot chocolate for the little ones.*
